Lockerz sucks!
One or two of you might use aswell the “dunno-how-to-describe”-community Lockerz and will feel like me!
Why i’m so pissed off?
The whole january we are told that price-redemption is coming sometimes in january and will be fair for everyone!
“Sometimes in january” was this night around 1 AM CET, that’s no problem, but the time slot for redemption where only a few minutes or so.
As i mentioned this at 6 AM i wrote this tweet:
I don’t expect any respoinse from Lockerz, they don’t answer emails, and they let the mailbox answer the phone, even through east-coast office-hours.
The only reaction was a tweet, that gave me this “i was right about US-Americans”-feelings (And hey, btw. citizens of the USA: you are called US-Americans, not only americans! A Mexican is also an american as an Argentinian or Brazilian or or or).
So, the “Americans” are pissed of, because an american company acts worldwide and let people from across the world take part, and the people outside the USA are pissed off, because special prices are “only available for U.S. and Canadian residents” and redemption is at a time, when most of the world is working or sleeping.
Well done Lockerz, i will deactivate my account on monday, if i don’t get any answer from you.
